Product introduction:HY13F matting agent is a semi-chemical matting agent, suitable for powder coatings with mixed matting,                                                which has little restriction on polyester, small addition of matting agent and is suitable for powder coatings                                              with more than 3% gloss.

Product Advantages:good yellowing resistance, fine surface, good mechanical properties, wide selectivity to polyester, good                                                     impact performance, stable gloss, powder storage.

Appearance: creamy white or light yellow powder.

Product Packaging:polyethylene bag, Kraft paper packaging.

Characteristics: 1. Polyester/epoxy powder coatings with 3% (60 °) gloss.

                               2. Excellent performance, low dosage, low gloss and outstanding performance-price ratio. 

                               3. The coating has very fine surface, excellent anti-yellowing and mechanical properties. 

                               4. wide applicability, wide selectivity to polyester.

Application: 1 -4% of the total design of the formula of matting agent (1:2 = Matting agent: epoxy) and other raw materials                                       together with uniform mixing co-participate in extrusion. The powder can be produced according to the powder                                     production process. The specific dosage can be determined by experiments.

Storage Requirements:1. Store the matting agent in a cool, dry and ventilated place. 

                                            2. Avoid direct sunlight, high temperature and humidity and away from fire, heat, anti-caking. 

                                            3. The storage temperature is less than 30 °C and the shelf life is 12 months. After the storage date can be                                                    re-tested, if the results meet the requirements, still can be used.
